![]() Consider having multi-stun heroes like the Plague Doctor, so you can shut down a couple foes at once, or shift the matchman's position to be close (or shift other enemies to positions they don't like). Have at least 2 heroes with decent speed who can stun with high success rates (using trinkets to boost this). Have moderate or high healing available, probably with a vestal with trinket support (if you have any of her good ones). ![]() Unfortunately, you also have to survive attacks from bandits while this is happening, while making dead sure the matchman never gets a turn. You're going to have to pour direct damage into it over a long period of time. Keep in mind that with 70% protection and complete immunity to debuffs and damage over time, the cannon essentially has: It's extremely effective to stun the matchman until you can deal with him, and disable any other bandits that are giving you trouble (halving or thirding their effective turns).
